Introduction
The distinguishing mark of the Harlequin Rasbora is a blue-black triangle patch on the flank, tapering back in the caudal peduncle.Coloration is olive-green on the dorsal surface, shading down to silver.Mature males have a straighter front edge and a more pointed lower corner to the triangle ; the female body is considerably plumper.
