Clown Barb

Introduction

The background color of this barb is a golden brown-pink leading to silver on the belly.Several equally spaced dark blotches appear in the flanks.Females are deeper bodied.

Maximum Size

In the wild these fish can reach up to 6 inches (15 cm), but in captivity they generally only get about 4 inches to 5 inches.

It requires an aquarium measuring at least 80 com / 32 inches with a capacity of 114 L / 30 gallons or more.

Diet

It will accept most food including flake food.
