Introduction
The grayish brown color on the dorsal of this juvenile shades down to shining silver flanks with well defined scales.The triangle dorsal fin, which is black with a red base on adult fish, has a concave trailing edge.Pelvic and anal fins on mature specimens are bright red-orange , and the lesser-colored caudal fin has a black top and bottom edges.
